You may have downloaded them to a place in your computer that nmm doesnt know to look. Try clicking the folders dropdown at the top and opening the folders to see if anything is in them. If theres stuff there then you could also try resetting the nmm ui. Its at the top in tools. After that Im not sure and I would say reinstall nmm.
